Delivery Information

We accept payment via PayPal; if you do not have access to PayPal, you can also pay via online Bank transfer.

Payments would be expected when you place an order with us.

Purchased items will only be dispatched from our warehouse when your payment is fully cleared.

 

UK Delivery Time 

Items that are in stock will usually be dispatched within 24 business hours, and will be delivered within 24-48 business hours from receipt of your payment (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Large or heavy items could take longer time to arrive. 

 

Your delivery could slightly take longer than expected in the following instances:

-The item(s) you requested is out of stock. If this is the case we'll email you to help you to find an alternative.

- If it is a UK Bank Holiday period. 

 

UK Standard Shipping and International Shipping 

FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK, including: England, Wales and parts of Scotland, (including postcode DD,DG,EH,FK,G,ML,KA,KY&TD, and excluding: Highland and all Island; Postcode with AB, BT, FK 17-99, G83, GY, JE, KW1-14, KA27-28, HS, IM,IV,PA,PH,PO,TR, ZE, Ireland, Channel Islands & Western. We classify the Channel Islands as an International destination;

 

European customers would need to pay extra fees for delivery. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

*Please note: We use trusted third party delivery companies, However, we will not cover any damages OR losses that caused by the delivery company.


We guarantee you with packages with perfect conditions at the time of dispatch. To secure 100% delivery quality, we recommend you purchase insurance for your order. *Exception: for delivery, damaged OR losses occurred before goods dispatched, we would be happily claim the insurance for you.  


We will not be responsible for any delays during the delivery process including but not limited to customs postage checking, third party delivery company's strikes, or force majeure or any other similar circumstances.


As a consumer, it is your responsibility to pay the tax when you make a order from abroad. Our prices do not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.
