Returns & Exchanges
Refund or replacement will only be accepted if you make a request within 7 days via email after receiving your parcel received, and you must return the item in its original condition and remain unused within 28 days after we agree for you to return the item.
Please contact our Customer Services Department via email to request a return authorisation, and including your name, customer ID, and written explanation for returning the product, and any applicable pictures in your email. All products returned must be returned in a clean condition with all original packaging or labels.
Please repack returning item carefully. Items returned will be assessed to ensure they meet our Returns Policy and qualify for a replacement or refund. A new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. **Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges and is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorisation number on the box or label it is being returned in.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. To cancel this contract, please send a request via email to our customer services team.
Any returning items which are not defective and not our error, returned under Distance Buying Regulations, will be subject to the customer paying the return cost for postage & packaging.
In the unlikely event, if customers found any damages of products within 7 days, customers should take photos for the damaged part and inform us immediately. Then we will assess the product returned.
If the damaged occurred because of product’s quality issue, then we are happy to refund you the full amount; however if damage was caused by man-made, then our company cannot authorise a refund; if it was damaged by delivery company, our company will help you to claim the insurance for the damaged goods. In any of the above circumstances, customer would need to contact us first with evidences.
Kindly note that we only accept company receipts with the VAT register or the proper register company, we do not accept any hand write receipts.
International Buyers Please Note:
-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customers would be liable for these charges.
